Talking about "The Internet Beyond Facebook (TIBF)": Where has good old #usenet gone? The NNTP-Usenet? The slrn-, Emacs-Usenet? Does it still exist? Is anybody still using it? Or is it dead? Who killed it? Facebook?

It exists, but went out of vogue when ISPs stopped including access for free. Most users dont want to pay an additional fee for a usenet service.
